Refund & Replacement Policy

 

At The Ramadan Edit, we take great care in packaging and shipping each order. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

Please email us at salaam@theramadanedit.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement item (if available), or
• A store credit for the value of the item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect items ordered
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Items that have been used or opened

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues, though we will always do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
